In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to substitute for a different item, refund for the out of stock item, or to proceed with the order and have the back ordered item shipped to you as soon as possible.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. You are welcome to pay via any available payment method linked to your PayPal account. We do also accept cashiers check or money order, however we prefer that you use this as a last resort as this will cause a delay in the processing of your order, while we wait for the check or money order to arrive and clear. At this time, personal checks are not accepted.
We ship all packages with tracking. You will be sent a tracking number in which you can follow the status of your package, until it is delivered. We make it our best effort to provide you with the tracking information within 24 hours of your item shipping. Occasionally, there is a delay in tracking which can cause your tracking information to be incorrect.

Physical products such as bottles, accessories, caps, droppers, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within four (4) days from the delivery date for a refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply. A return authorization number is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds. Due to the nature of the item, concentrates can not be returned.
Customers must notify FlavorConcentrates.com of any order discrepancy within two (2) days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
All items returned must be unused and unopened, in all original packaging. No used or opened items are allowed to be returned.
