Once an order ships, we are unable to accept returns. Due to the nature of our flavoring, intended for professional use only, we can not accept any material back. Even if sealed and unopened, there are additional factors such as storage conditions that can significantly impact the flavors.
Our customers appreciate knowing that anything they receive from us is sealed from our lab and not potentially something that has gone out, been returned, and sold again.
Customers must notify FlavorConcentrates.com of any order discrepancy within two (2) days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
